E.Q.O mat is cleaner that removes the contamination such as flux and oxide films stuck to the tip of the test probe easily and quickly. With the structure and the thinness constructed by considering the usability, it is an important tool in order to use probe with long life expectancy.

 

 

Application

By pressing E.Q.O mat against the tip of the probe, clean contamination such as the flux and oxide film stuck to the tip of probe, then get good connection. We recommend the cleaning before or after the print circuit board is inspected.

The Principle of EQO Mat

The gel layer will capture those probe tip contamination that was grinded by the polishing layer.

The polishing layer will be responsible of removing contaminants from the probe tip.

Using the EQO stamp adds pressure evenly to the test probe, and can remove dirt uniformly.
Use of EQO stamp is recommended from the standpoint of safety. Two types, vertical and horizontal, are available.
